  I used to get my order screwed up all the time it started improving so I did a positive review I noticed that the nighttime crew are the ones that generally don't give a crap and that your order gets screwed up a lot so I've been avoiding ordering pizza in the evening during the day I never have a problem and tonight when I got my pizza it looked undercooked it smelled bad and they couldn't make up their mind how they wanted to cut it even though I asked it to be square cut and then I called to talk to the manager and got attitude about he has a new person and blah blah blah I asked him doesn't he check the food before it goes out the door it's not the employees problem it's his problem and he gave me an attitude about the fact that I only paid $7 for the pizza and he was giving me a $10 credit like that was going to make everything better and make me forgive his bad attitude all anybody wants when they order food is to get it hot for it to be good the way it's supposed to be because you're paying for it and food nowadays is not cheap I couldn't even get myself to eat it because I was so disgusted so I spent $25 for eight wings and was still hungry and then you worry about if I reorder the pizza tonight what's he going to do to my food so I decided to not have them remake my pizza I don't understand how people can be in the wrong and then take it out on someone else I will not be ordering pizza at night anymore and for as much money as we spend at Domino's for me to call and say that there is an issue when I don't complain a lot and to get attitude it's bull crap people need to change their idea of customer service I'll tell you that we're the ones making it possible for you to have a job and all that we ask is for the food to be hot fresh and correct and if it's not no big deal just make it right without attitude I do not recommend Domino's in Jerseyville in the evening you're better off ordering during the day

  This location will NOT accept gift cards, not online or in stores, No help from corporate either. My gift card is valid but the app just crashes when using a gift card, suddenly works when card is removed. Scam. Inconsistent and overpriced food.

  Quality varies sometimes pizza really good other times just ok depends on the cook I guess
