    I am a pretty committed DD customer. I really like their rewards program, so I’m hooked! I look forward to seeing one of the DD Jacksonville team members at the drive thru window when I’m on my way to work. The team is always super friendly. I have gotten to know the new manager at the store, Harsh, as well and he has been exceptionally courteous to me. Keep up the good work!

    This was the worst service I have had at a Dunkin Donuts. We placed an order involving two hot coffees and two donuts. No lattes, no frozen drinks. My wife ordered a Large hot coffee with milk. They gave her a large coffee with cream and sugar. She explained that the order was placed correctly and that they messed up the coffee. They looked at the receipt and she was correct. One of the employees said they would make her the correct coffee. She waited more than 10 minutes for the correct coffee and no one seemed to care. She asked several times and an employee said more coffee was brewing and it would be a while. After 12 minutes of no one fixing the order she took the wrong coffee and left. There was a long line for people waiting for food and drinks. This Dunkin Donuts is an embarrassment to Dunkin Donuts. We lived in Chicago for years and this would not be tolerated elsewhere. They also dropped two donuts into a bag, frosting side down without using a piece of the wax paper to separate them. One donut stuck to the bottom of the bag and lost all it's frosting. Solid ONE star.
