- AAAngela4 days ago1.0UPDATE: Somebody finally returned my call from 7 brew. She put the blame on us because we should have known how they do business pretty much. Customer service all around from the Arkansas office to the Illinois office businesses is horrible. We will not visit another 7 brew again. We will take our business elsewhere. There's a lot of other coffee places that would love to have our business. We had stopped at Jacksonville, IL location for the first time. It was my granddaughter's birthday. I was going to buy her a coffee along myself with myself. Since it was the first time there, we also wanted to see what other items I had for sale.We waited 5 to 7 minutes behind the car in the outside lane as there were cars in both lanes. THe first lane car left, so we were still behind the second lane. Other cars started coming in filling up both lanes. The lady outside taking orders skipped over us altogether and started waiting on everybody else. We tried reaching out to 7 brew and nobody will return calls. Poor customer service all around.
