  I stopped by here because I was looking in the area and got some gizzards. They were saucy and good but a little crunchy. The young man Tay was friendly. I would come back again!

  The Harold’s in Itasca has thee worst customer service there is a Caucasian man that does not acknowledge you with a skull cap on, how unsanitary, people were coming in and leaving because the man never came to the front and when he did he had a very nasty attitude casting give me a minute I’m not sure who manages this place but it should be shut down until it is staffed with someone to at least work the front while the cook cooks very disappointing

  This place doesn’t have the first clue of what professionalism is or looks like. On more than one occasion I’ve placed a Door Dash Order only for the time to continuously be pushed further out! Over 2 hours from the time I ordered, and I’m less than 10 minutes away! No apologies. No compensation. No corrective action. Just more discourtesy on top of discourtesy, and egregious unprofessionalism! At this point, I’m over it. I think I’ll just sit back and see how much longer they last.

  If you know, you know. I’ve been a Harold’s connoisseur since I was a kid, and most spots these days can't catch the vibe, but this one is different. This that authentic, old-school flavor that hits you with instant nostalgia the second the bag opens. Fresh, piping hot, and seasoned to perfection. I’m from St. Louis and I’m telling you, they’re doing it right here…

  Stopped by Harold’s Chicken and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good—fresh, hot, and flavorful. What stood out the most was the service. Tae was very nice, respectful, and professional. It’s always a good feeling when someone takes pride in how they treat customers. I appreciate that!
