  Very bad drive-thru experience. First, no one answered at the first drive-thru speaker. I drove to another window and again no one answered. After that, an employee told me that their rule is: if no one answers at the first drive-thru, you should go to another one. There was no sign or instruction anywhere explaining this, so how is a customer supposed to know? I was in my car speaking with my husband on a hands-free phone call. I ordered a coffee without any issues. While pulling forward, I continued speaking with my husband. When I reached the payment window, a woman (later told her name was Maria, a swing manager) opened the window and started yelling at me, saying I shouldn’t be speaking another language. She clearly did not realize I was on a phone call with my husband. This was extremely rude and inappropriate. The young employee who was taking my card looked shocked by her behavior as well. I asked if it was acceptable for a manager to yell at a customer. Part of what Maria was yelling was even in Spanish, which I did not understand. Another woman came from the office and tried to ask Maria what the problem was and why she was yelling at a customer, but Maria refused to explain or come back to speak with me. The office employee said she would talk to her. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable and decided not to take the coffee and just left. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

  Terrible service today. I ordered a plain hamburger and they gave me one with cheese. I went to the counter and told them they gave me a cheeseburger when I ordered one without cheese, and the manager came over and told me I had to buy another one because that's how I ordered it. I showed her the receipt and she kept saying that's how I ordered it. She kept saying I had to order another one.
