- JKJim KaeshiroJun 13, 20241.0Bought an Amazon gift card in March 2024. The card was fraudulent. All funds on it were used before I gave as a gift. Gift card services in AZ has been working on it for 3 months. Finally approved a reimbursement June 7. Still haven't received the funds. Called today and there wasn't any type of estimate on when the funds will be given out. Horrible flow through by original rep I spoke to in March.The second rep Jim was great on his follow through and expertise. However he didn't know when the reimbursement would occur either. The third rep I spoke to today was helpful as much as she could. Again no info on when they would reimburse me. What kind of policy do they have at this company? For the amount of financial take they make you would think things would run better. Also some locations don't advertise their 'just for you' sales and also don't always have items stocked. Costco looking better at this point or local smaller chains.

At this time both Albertsons & Kroger are unable to administrate what they have now. The irregular pricing is a legal way to take your money.Most of the complaints on here deal with improper confiscating your money. Is this what you the customer want?
