- EMEnrique Mendez4 days ago1.0I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but no, 3 times they’ve messed up my order now. It’s always the drinks, either my ice coffee is made wrong or my latte’s. The last couple times I even repeated more than once. Still my drinks were made wrong, sucks because I only have 30 min lunch and I can’t go back and exchange it. Asked for a hazelnut cloud dunkinlatte but got this just ice and milk and espresso.

They either take too long for the simplest item and they mess it up all of the time. There’s zero hospitality at this place and they’ve even given my order to another customer and still proceeded to make the wrong item. This location is trash

- SSSarahDec 3, 20251.0I wish they cared more about making orders correctly than chatting or the presentation of the store. Don’t get me wrong presentation is important but if you can’t make an order correctly you won’t have a customer base to present to. Every time I order from this location my coffee is made incorrectly. It’s absolutely the worst when you get excited for your coffee made with your favorite syrup ordered exactly how you always do and it be wrong. It is wasted money every time at this location for sure.
