  The worst dunkin donuts ever!!! Service couldn't be slower if they tried, rude servers and the food is below dunkin standards .

  Very disappointing. Don't go to this location if you customize your drink too much. You will be heavily charged and possibly racially discriminated as an bonus. The staff here is so damn disrespectful. If they are really annoyed, they'll mess up your drink on purpose. Don't worry though, I started my process of this, they will regret it.

  This is the worst dunkin out of any dunkin in the world. I’ve been there so many times giving them chances, and it’s just not it. I was there for 35 minutes only 3 cars ahead of me and it still took them that long. I placed a mobile order way before hand. When it was my turn they tried to give me coffee and this random stuff I said no I ordered donut holes, they said oh how much, what kind? Just so many questions. I said I placed an order online like I said at the drive through. So she re took me order had to tell her what is was like 3 times. She tried to charge me a few times I told her I already paid through the app. Then she asked for my name and order for about the 4th time, she had no clue what she was doing. People in the back no gloves and licking their hands so that was very disgusting. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there about 10 times and it’s always like this. I eventually got what I asked for she just said oh ok I know you can go. So she got mad because she didn’t know how to give out an order. All other places have the food ready especially if we had to wait 30 mins. Would never recommend this location.

  Jacky and others are very professional and kind to me every time I stop by. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended. Huge difference when you get service with beautiful smile🫡🥰

  The service is the absolute worst, out of any of the Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. This is the only location that I have ever waited close to 20 minutes, for the entire experience; between waiting in the drive thru line for entirely too long, deciding it’s not going anywhere, parked and then went in, only to find there were bees flying all throughout the store. However, the most recent experience was the worst. We waited in the drive thru line, only to have no one respond. We drove off to go to the Dunkin in Wauconda, which was efficient and friendly, never going to return to this location till I know for a fact that new management has taken over.
