This is the only location that I have ever waited close to 20 minutes, for the entire experience; between waiting in the drive thru line for entirely too long, deciding it’s not going anywhere, parked and then went in, only to find there were bees flying all throughout the store. However, the most recent experience was the worst. We waited in the drive thru line, only to have no one respond. We drove off to go to the Dunkin in Wauconda, which was efficient and friendly, never going to return to this location till I know for a fact that new management has taken over.

She gave me the hardest black crispy croissant I ever seen with bacon and cheese. If your job is to take an order and your parents always told you that you don't listen go work in a factory with no windows and come out when you learn how to take orders and communicate.

The woman asked, “bagel or croissant,” so I again stated: “BA-GEL.” Two miles later I open the box to discover a croissant. So I drive back and explain the situation. No apology, she wanted the croissant back. So I waited for the bagel. You think they remembered my ketchup packet? Oof. Arrogant, and terrible at listening. Will not be returning.
