- ACAnthony Caiazzo1 day ago3.0Waited an hour and a half for food. I understand it was a big game last night, but didn't seem like your kitchen had any kind of system. No real expeditor, someone bagging up food and the other putting it together, i didn't see any food kept in warmers, just fries sitting out in the open and only usually have a 7 minute hold time. You gotta push that stuff out. Had a man waiting an hour for fries. You have to come up with a better system. I'm leaving you a generous review because i know what it's like ive worked Super Bowls at Buffalo Wild Wings for years, and with that many tickets coming in you have to be prepared and have a better system. They will not accept my order and told me I can only do it online or on the phone but not to be racist or anything because I am only third generation, but I don’t know Spanish and the guys didn’t speak any English. They were just kind of pointing to assign and I was like well what is that supposed to mean Cause the sign said, only order line and I’m like OK. But it was just really a terrible experience. It would’ve been nice if they took my order right then and there instead of having to go on the phone and place the order on the phone like they said on the sign but when I called them, they just laughed and hung up so.

I didn’t appreciate seeing this when I arrived. Also, pick up your business phone orders when people call, especially when you’re not busy and on your personal phones in the kitchen. Stop taking biz phone off the hook and placing it on the counter to avoid taking orders. Management, STEP IT UP!
