Also one of these days cooks argued saying she never missed the item and threw a fit about it. I was literally still in the drive thru when I let them onow and they also confirmed they didnt out it in yet she argued and said she did make it.. clearly she didnt.. 3 people told her but she was unwilling to just make a new one. So I waited for her tantrum to end then she made the correct burger.
