Even one time the manager delivered my wings himself. I was very grateful. I think they could use a little more help to oversee the busier days. - BEBen EllingsonFeb 8, 20261.0I’ll start by saying that it was Super Bowl Sunday and I understand the increase in volume given the circumstances. That said, this location constantly mismanages online orders which are the crux of what a BWW To-Go location deals in on a daily basis. Knowing the traffic that would accompany the Super Bowl, I submitted an online order for a 5pm pickup, nearly 6 hours in advance. When I arrived I wasn’t shocked to see a lot of customers waiting for their orders, but what was shocking was my response from the associate at the counter who informed me that my order wasn’t ready, and that it “might be 15 minutes, or it might be an hour”. The kitchen was slammed with over 30 back orders I was told, but why was the online ordering tool still open if that was the case? As I waited for my wings, customers started coming in saying online orders were quoting 5-15 minute pick up times and then updating quotes to 60+ mins, only after submitting orders. Delivery drivers were actively canceling pick ups due to the uncertainty and the order screen was not operating while the pickup window was blocked with the dining room tables preventing customers from checking for their orders to become available. I finally did receive my food which consisted of lukewarm wings and this sad veggie platter which I was actually charged for. Again, I can empathize with overwhelmed employees given the circumstances, but management is beyond poor at this location given their handling of online orders which btw, was an issue the last time I visited this location. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice; won’t be back.
