  Used to do Woodstock location which was an easy 5-star everytime. This was first time here and was just meh. Food was good, but nothing we'd go out of our way for again, like before. All that we could deal with, but why is there a robot bringing food around and why were we seated at a table that the robot can't go by unless my wife moved her chair every time? The place wasn't exactly full so not sure why we were sat there. Human servers were good though. Leave the robot for the sushi and hot pot places,

  This is the second time I have been here over a few years, unfortunately the second time was the same at the first time. The Brisket i received was nearly all fat. Maybe I have been spoiled by really BBQ from Texas where they asked you "do you want lean or more marbled". Not sure, but i wish they would step it up a little, as the location is great. Looking at other reviews some are good and some are not, I guess just roll the dice that day and see if you get snake eyes..

  I really wanted to give this place a chance, but unfortunately, I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Every item on the menu sounds and looks delicious, but the wait time was extremely long. There were only around four tables seated and it wasn’t busy at all, yet simple menu items took over an hour to be brought to our table. The waiter never came by to let us know why it was taking so long or to apologize for the delay. When the food finally arrived, we of course expected it to be hot or freshly made due to the long wait, but unfortunately it was lukewarm and some parts were even cold. It was very confusing. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the wait time makes no sense and the food still arrived cold? This seems like a really nice place to eat with so many different food options, but unfortunately, something just isn’t right here.

  Went thinking we could get a quick bite before some plans… totally wrong. Waited near 45 minutes for our food, and couldnt eat or enjoy anything, had to immediately ask for boxes and the check as soon as we got our food. The most disappointing part was expecting the food to at least be steaming hot since we waited so long and were told “theyre still preparing your food” so automatically makes you think to expect the food to be freshly made.. Wrong, everything was nearly room temperature like it had been sitting for a while, totally NOT to expectations that were set by the awards displayed in the restaurant. Worst part is we were one of 4 other tables. Can’t justify by saying they were super busy because it wasnt the case.. Very disappointed in how the whole experience went… to say the least..

  Ordered food last night 1/2 chicken, sliced brisket and chopped brisket. The chopped brisket and sides were good but the chicken was as dry as chicken jerky and the sliced brisket was like sand. We’ve had good experiences here before but this was horrible. Not worth $25 dollars a plate. It was picked up promptly and not reheated. So pickup order was not the issue. Left feedback and have not gotten a reply.
