    Its ok. Its hit or miss with customer service. I had the cinnamon roll hot coffee many times and consistency is an issue. As far as the rewards program don't bother, I have registered and have purchased over 10 drinks and still waiting for the free coffee. I did receive a text to sign up for rewards with 7 Brew again🤦🏼.

    Always amazing when i go. Great coffee per usual but a ways away from elgin ( i don’t mind the drive every once in a while). I highly recommend going esp trying the santa’s cookie blondie!

    When paying the young lady with the lip ring, didn’t flip the screen around and just pressed 15% on giving herself tip. Drinks were watered down, almost all ice. Not worth the wait, worst location ive been so far!

    Very small menu & not a lot of details online.... No I door area or window to order from. The drive thru line looks long, but it moves fast. No menu in sight before ordering. Drinks were good, and not crazy priced. Overall it's nice for a treat, but won't be an everyday stop....

    This place was really good the first couple months it was open, recently every time I go I have not gotten any flavoring in my drinks after asking for new flavors, syrups, not sure if new hires just aren’t making the drinks the same but I really am just getting bland coffee and milk my last 3 visits. I may give the benefit of the doubt to them being I need to ask for more flavoring? But like I said this was not a problem when I first started going. I liked going because it was consistently good and now it’s starting to be consistently bad :/
