    This girl with black hair, and a couple of nose piercings was very rude when taking our orders. We had told her we were doing a couple of orders and was very upset and her demeanor was horrible even though we only had one car behind us and still 40 minutes before closing. We were done ordering and no “have a good day” or anything, she had left right away and handing our drinks were very aggressive with handing us the drinks. Will be going a different location instead. Horrible service.

    I stopped by today 10:15pm and this teenager with a nose piercing was extremely rude. Very unprofessional. I felt stressed when she was charging me as she was making me feel uncomfortable.

    I’ve been to this location a few times and am very disappointed in the service. I got there half hour after they opened, there was one car in front of me which got there right before me. They ordered 3 drinks, I ordered one. Tell me why I sat there for almost 20 minutes for them to make a total of 4 drinks (including mine). There were literally no other cars when I got there. I don’t care how early it is, making 2 cars wait about 20 minutes to get their drinks is insane. By the time I got my drink there had to be 10+ cars behind me. Maybe better training in efficiency is needed ? I worked at Starbucks so I know what it’s like to be busy and wake up early to open at 4am. It doesn’t matter if you have no line, make the drink efficiently, no one wants to be waiting that long for a drink. That’s insane.

    Back to leave a 1 star review for the bad service and overrated drinks. Seems like my first review was taken down by the owner. Please don’t reply with some PR response. I guess I’ll have to keep checking back to make sure they aren’t taking down reviews lmao
