  Lady working at the counter was rude, I mispronounced a word due to my disability and she made fun of me for it, then told me she did it because she has adhd… need more professional people working your front counter, I spent $100 here today for lunch for my team, and I wish I hadn’t due to the bad experience with the older lady working the front counter.

  Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I ordered a 30 pack of sandwiches with some unique requests of unwiches, veggie wrapped separately, with only a couple hour notice. Person who took the order was professional and confirmed everything before hanging up. Showed up right when sandwiches were supposed to be ready, and they were. Everything was prepared and wrapped correctly. Person who rang me up was professional, and sandwiches weee great.

  Horrible customer service. I was not greeted when I came in. I guess I was imposing because everyone looked at me like they were confused. I asked for extra oil and mayo and the cashier acted like I told him to run 5 miles. Just rude and lazy. Contacting corporate.

  Ordered 2 combos on the app for pick up. After receiving my order that someone else picked up for me I realized the order was all wrong. They gave me an incorrect sandwich. My other sandwich was missing condiments. I asked for packets of mayo that they didn’t put in the bag. I also ordered a pasta salad and they didn’t give me any utensils for it.
