  I ordered the food online and paid at 830 it said food would be ready by 858! I got there and they said they didn’t have my order. I should call management lol then cook came out and said he would make it. I didn’t get the food till 10:10. They ain’t say I apologize! Ir nothing 😂 It’s cool They just lost a customer!

  Walked in and ordered a 10pc wing dinner was told it would be 15-20m so i waited inside. These folk took a whole hour and the one guy working the counter never updated me on his own, offered me anything once clearly at the 30m mark. I get home and see there's no coleslaw that's clearly posted as coming with every dinner. I would of let it slide had I not waited an hour without any professional communication or regard AND the chicken was dry and fries unseasoned as usual. On top of not having that fye banana pudding anymore either!? And my time and money. Disappointing standard and thank you for the dry sorry bout the wait when my food was finally ready,though being said sarcastically;you could've just sat the food on the counter once you called my number and didn't. I was so hungry too.

  I hadn’t had Harolds in a long time. I was in the area and decided to give this one a try. I must say I was impressed…They cooked the chicken and seasoned it perfectly. This was the best Harolds I’ve had since 63rd street when I was younger…The cashier was very professional and pleasant. I ordered the lunch special 5wings, w/fries, bread and Cole slaw($10) plus an order of giblets. Everything was great.

  I placed a order through their website for delivery, in which Uber was suppose to delivery my 2 wing dinners totalling $40.60. I was informed by the Uber driver that my food was picked up by someone else and I reached out to Harold's Chicken and I spoke with the employee (Greg) confirmed and he had accidently given my food away and he had reached out to the owner to explain what happened and he ensured me that the owner would refunding my money the next day, but instead after several phone calls to the restaurant and messages left for the owner, he has decided evidently that he was not going to initiate refunding my money on his end nor reach out to Uber, so that they can send me my refund. This is a prime example as to why it is so difficult trying to support black business, because this is how they treat their longtime customers after years of supporting their business even during covid, but you live and you learn to spend your money with people who truly value you patronizing their business. Poor and inexcusable customer service from the OWNER!! I guess he really needed my $40.60 to stay open!

  Greg and all of them are exceptional, I came all the way from Detroit to get some Harold's Chicken, they need to open up a Harold's Chicken in Detroit. The fish was so tasty and the chicken was crispy and yummy
