  This was my experience on Thursday 2/19/26 young lady short dark skinned, made my sandwich. No car was put into how she made my sandwich, putting way too much condiment on my sandwich (I think she was moving too fast!) everyone else makes my sandwich nicely. But she did everything so sloppily. SMH

  I will never support subway again! Money was taken out both my debit and gift card for one order! I did not recieve tracking, a receipt, or my order! Thank god for my gusto account so I have proof. This was the last mistake they will make with me I will be reporting everywhere!!!

  Nice place. I frequent here. Staff is a hit or miss. Their regional manager was there sharing she will be there for quite some time to get the store up to par. She was retraining staff from shelving items to properly ringing up upgraded meals so the store doesn't continue losing money. Looks like they're in good hands and I'm suspecting the store will have better performance soon.

  I wish I had a good Subway closer to me, but this is the closest. Supposed to be open until 9:30pm, came at 8:10pm on a Saturday. Door locked. No one around. This is the third time they have disappointed me. The other two times they forgot whole ingredients on mobile orders. Plus, their bread always comes out hard on the bottom when toasted. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  I went in this location and ordered the Chicken bacon ranch meal. The previous two people in front of me ordered the same. We were told we'd have to wake 5 or 6 minutes while they prepare and bring more chicken from the back. We all decided to wait. When it was my turn to have my order filled, server#2683 asked me what type of bread, and if I wanted cheese and what kind. I told her wheat bread and shredded cheddar cheese. I also said I wanted it lightly toasted. While my sandwich was warming she began to asst. the couple that was behind me. Because I said lightly toasted it only took a (Few seconds). After removing my sandwich from the oven, she continued preparing one of the sandwiches of the persons behind me. So I spoke up and said excuse me, I'd like my sandwich finished first so that it didn't sit there and the bread get hard.... also, I already waited for my meat to come from the back. I didn't think it was feasible for me to wait while she prepared the sandwiches of the customers behind me. So she went back to making my sandwich and asked what all add-on I wanted ....ie: lettuce tomatoes, red onion banana peppers.I never have her any type of dressing, because I assumed it came with "ranch dressing, since the name of the sandwich is "Chicken, Bacon, Ramch." Well I got home and discovered I has a Dry A_____sandwich dough no dressing at all. I know that in the fast food industry you are Required to multi-task frequently, but, it should never be at the expense of the customer. I tried to call to express my displeasure, but the phone just rang Continuously, so I took the time to write this review with hopes that it would cause this type of issue to be addressed. And they have the nerve to have a "Tip box" next to the register. I have a tip....work on serving each customer with your full attention and I promise that box would be full!!
