When I got my food I went back to my hotel my order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to Necole the Assistant general manager of this location and she stated she was completely sorry and that if I come back she will make it right. long behold I returned today and spoke to her in person and she was nothing but nice and gave me the correct order plus some can’t thank her enough.

It’s very simple one too 1520 minute wait the car after me got their food before me and I’m just sitting here in my car like am I gonna get my food or what so I had to ask for refund if I come on my way to come to Panera I don’t expect subpar service. The food price is very expensive so we should be getting top quality service is not Panera of the past and this is probably why they’re getting left behind because they’re not keeping up with the Times.
