It’s on the receipt and the wrapper that no onions should have been on the burger. She showed the manager the burger with the onions on it and she still refused. Hire people with sense.. please

No apology for the wait or thank you for service. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, the quality of the food is not where it was expected to be. This would be unacceptable in other neighborhoods, but in communities of color, poor customer service is to be expected apparently. Very disappointed by my experience.
