  Horrible customer service. I was not greeted when I came in. I guess I was imposing because everyone looked at me like they were confused. I asked for extra oil and mayo and the cashier acted like I told him to run 5 miles. Just rude and lazy. Contacting corporate.

  Ordered 2 combos on the app for pick up. After receiving my order that someone else picked up for me I realized the order was all wrong. They gave me an incorrect sandwich. My other sandwich was missing condiments. I asked for packets of mayo that they didn’t put in the bag. I also ordered a pasta salad and they didn’t give me any utensils for it.

  Twice now I have seen one of the employees run his hands through his hair from behind the counter and not even wash them afterwards. I don't know if he's only on the register and never touches the food, but it is very off-putting so close to where the food is handled.
