- MMMarsheNov 16, 20251.0Customer service is a 0/10… I’ve been to this Harold’s for years, twice now have I been put on a walk in only list for no reason. The first time I spoke with the owner he said he didn’t understand what could’ve happened so I was taken off. Here I am now the 2nd time being put on the list for no reason. So when I try to figure out the reason why, the “manager” had nothing to say nor a resolution considering now this is the second time. So then I proceed to have my father call mind you he’s under a whole different number and profile and she hung up in his face after telling him the same thing about walk in only because he was placing the order for me and the rest of my family. Considering I’ve been a customer here for years and this is the type of service that they give I do not recommend this location at all. I proceeded to go up to the store of course she acted as if nothing has happened so I asked to speak with the owner and she claims that he wasn’t answering. So here I am with no resolution and no food because of the stores lack of customer service.

Waited for over an hour of waiting after the pickup time, watched 3 walk in orders coming out ahead of mine, which is completely unacceptable. The cashier couldn't follow up with the kitchen and seemed overwhelmed. No operating efficiency.
