- PBPaul bonfittoOct 11, 20251.0They recently renovated the drive-thru and have now effectively caused every single car that comes to a drive-thru to sit there for 8 to 12 minutes every morning part of the problem is them not telling people to drive through is for short orders and the other problem is people coming there and ordering food for half of their office in the Drive-Thru cars are not supposed to sit in drive-thrus for 10 to 15 minutes for some donuts. I don't know whatever kind of change happened inside that store but whatever change it was it is not for the better it is much worse I'll be taking my business to a different store I don't have that kind of time to sit and wait for just a cup of coffee that I ordered online 10 minutes prior to my arrival
