No one helped anybody and then I’m asking to place my order and everybody looking confused like they not here to work and getting paid to do so. They need all need staff because for my first time coming in the morning and experiencing that I would've fired every last one of the employees that’s how bad it was.

This one is beyond awful you would expect the kind of service they give from a McDonald's because it's nonexistent. I ordered a simple cheese and egg with Chipotle aoli Sandwhich. I received a burnt croissant, instead of an English muffin. It was the most pathetic version of a Sandwhich I had ever seen. The coffee was not even hot and it took probably 20mins from the time we ordered to actually get out order. Stay far far away!
