I have visited this location multiple times, initially assuming my first experience was an isolated incident, however this behavior has proven to be a recurring issue. Upon arrival and when approaching the counter to place an order, team members often fail to acknowledge customers or offer a greeting. In addition, their body language, including eye-rolling and a demeanor that suggests customers are an inconvenience, creates an unwelcoming environment. Additionally, the portioning of protein is consistently inadequate, with meat being overly shredded into very small pieces. During my most recent visit on December 15, 2025, I was incorrectly charged for items I did not purchase. Furthermore, both my mobile order and in-person order included corn that appeared to be partially frozen, with visible ice present. Due to these repeated issues, I do not plan to return to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere and I would encourage others to do the same.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes they took my order only to tell me its card only. Had to leave my food and walk out. Last time, I let it go and let them keep the change as tip, but thats not gonna happen everytime especially when I keep getting bad service. Tips are optional & i leave one when im getting good service i shouldn't be forced to tip because they dont want to give back the change
