- SPSteffanie PaszkoApr 14, 20261.0Placed an oder for pick-up via the Baskin Robbins app...ordered a shake for my daughter and a blast for myself, pulled up to the speaker and was told they could not make either drink because they had no ice cream. When I asked for a refund I was told they could not provide me one and that I had to reach out to customer service. This was on a Sunday and their customer service phone line is closed so come Monday when I called, I was told by the first person I spoke to that it needed to be escalated to someone higher up...fine...then I spoke with that person that told me they had to reach out to the franchisee for them to handle it. I have yet to hear anything from anyone that can supposedly take care of this for me. I spent $20 on two drinks that I never got and am having to jump through some pretty ridiculous hoops to try to get my money back. Wild to me that a store can continue to take orders for items they cannot make and then also claim to have no way to refund them. Update…I have just spoken with Baskin Robbin’s customer support for the second time about a refund and again am told that only the franchisee can help me. So If I just never hear from the franchisee then I’m just out my money? This location has literally stolen my money and Baskin Robbin’s corporate also could not care less.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
