    I was in the deli today and I wasn’t serviced they decided to close the deli early. This isn’t the first time they did this. In the past I’ve had a nice young lady dark skin with braids always serve us even if she’s about to close she’d always help us. She was really kind and would work nights. I tried to get pre packaged lunch meat and meat in general it looked old and rotten. All the pre packaged lunch meat was expired from days ago. This store has really gone downhill with the workers and the service. I’m not sure what’s going on there with management. It’s very disappointing it use to be a really good store. The older deli lady is great Sandy not sure if she’s a manager but she should be! She’s always in a good mood friendly and very efficient. I’m just very disappointed in this department and my experience today.

    I’ve been shopping here for years. I’ve noticed the change in employees and the customer service. I’m not sure if management has changed. I never see the store manager Craig walking around greeting customers uplifting and praising his employees. The must have a new store manager that doesn’t engage or stays in the office. Craig was an outstanding store he made your shopping expierence pleasant and was making sure his employees were on task. I would only go to this Jewl because of how well run the store was.my daughter needs a job but now I’m thinking twice if she should apply if there’s new management and with these changes. Now I rarely go to this store or dread going the cashiers don’t say hello there rude look miserable or texting on their phones. The last time I was there they were talking about the bears game to each other and ignored me the whole time. It’s sad to say this store has gone downhill bad recently. There’s other stores like Pete’s that pride in good service etc that people may want to get better service there. I hope they do better in the future. The stock too isn’t fresh in the produce or expired food.
