  The food was so good. I had the Mixed Boiled Vegetable Shio Ramen. Classic flavours and so tasty! Gosha was our server and he was great. Will visit again!

  Me and my fiancé love this place so much. we come here so often on Sunday mornings/middays for a nice bowl of ramen. Definitely our favorite ramen place. all of the sides are delicious especially the fried chicken 😍🥰

  I love this place when it opened and the portions were huge and the quality was great. I usually get the vegan miso ramen and lately I’ve noticed that when they make the ramen the guy behind in the kitchen uses the same chopsticks for both pork broth AND vegan/ vegetarian broths to mix the noddles. I find that very unpleasant since I am vegetarian by religion and seeing him mix it all as if it doesn’t matter is extremely frustrating. 😵‍💫

  The food was enjoyable but not as spicy and the potstickers or Jose's were varied from one being crispy and well cooked to the other one. Just kind of oily but not cooked hard enough? My molts and eggs were also overcooked and so not as yolky but more solid. Waitress was nice though. Comment about how nice our group was in comparison to other groups, so I don't know if she was only nice because we were pleasant or if that was just her natural demeanor. Overall, for the price each extra item for a buck and some change. It's not bad. It's conveniently located but there are other options I'd pick next time.

  I recently dined at Kitakata Ramen and had a mixed but overall pleasant experience. The ramen itself was the highlight of the meal. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, giving them a satisfying bite and texture. The broth was rich and comforting without being overly salty, which made it easy to enjoy every sip. The chashu pork belly was especially impressive, as it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. On the other hand, the karaage did not meet my expectations. It lacked the juiciness I usually look for and had a texture that felt like it had been sitting out and reheated. The takoyaki was also disappointing, as it tasted mostly like batter and did not have the distinct octopus flavor I remember enjoying when I had it in Japan. Overall, the ramen alone makes the visit worthwhile, but the side dishes could use improvement.
