  Wonderful staff working here on 3/22/2026. Very polite. Service was quick. They forgot to cut my sandwich in half. Without hesitation the guy who was making sandwiches, who now was wiping down the tables, quickly said no problem. He put down his stuff, washed and dried his hands, put on gloves, and cut my sandwich. Made my day seeing good customer service.

  I just went to Jimmy John’s Yesterday and when I entered nobody attended me by the cash register the employee didn’t even know that I just walked in and didn’t even see that I was about to order she just didn’t even attend me at all wasn’t realizing that I wanted to order a sandwich she didn’t even say that she was on her break or nothing and I’ve waited for a few minutes the lazy employee didn’t even do crap so I left. It’s really rude how you just walk into this place and not even one employee to attend you especially if you’re the first costumer walking in like also why to even bother walking into this place when you will not be attended like this is so messed up if they don’t attend you they are probably looking at you like if they already want you to leave nah I’m never going to this Jimmy John’s ever again bad service nobody to attend you lazy crap employee who doesn’t realize that a customer wants to just order a sandwich.
