    Dear franchise Owners of Wendy's, No One likes your AI drive thru! It sucks! Get rid of it! I couldn't even ask for light ice in my drink or the most basic requests like no lettuce. Talk about a waste of technology and money! We ended up having to go into the restaurant to order food! If Wendy's keeps going with the AI stuff, you will soon find your restaurant chain to be closed. They already closed the one in Joliet!

    This location has a new automated drive-thru opinion only, no more human interaction when ordering. The system doesn't understand the phrase "cherry coke zero no ice." On the receipt it did say no ice. Unfortunately, when I received my drink it came with ice. At least if it was out they could have asked me at the window if I wanted something different? Hope they figure it out.

    I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by AI. I asked if I could speak to a human, and the AI responded again. I specifically wanted human interaction. If this is being used to save on staffing costs, then the pricing should reflect that I drove off without ordering. I don’t want to use AI or kiosks to place my order. If this is something they plan to force on customers, I will no longer eat with this company

    I've always been fond of Wendy's, especially when the service is pleasant and inviting, this location felt both. The employees while busy, looked at ease and in harmony with what they were doing. It's says a lot about an establishment and it's management when workers seem to enjoy what their doing. I truly believe that joy makes it into your food. Clean storefront and tidy bathroom. They also use kiosks for ordering which was nice compared to my home location. It made ordering easy, acurate, and swift. Overall a nice impression for my first time at this location.
