- GFGabriela FredrickJan 4, 20262.0I usually go myself during the week to buy my groceries because everyone working there is very nice and helpful, but today Sunday 1/4 I decided to do a pick up order. BIG mistake. First of all they only gave me 1 loaf of bread when it was buy 1 get 1 free. When I asked the delivery guy he said well one was of stock ok! but still where is my other bread? So I needed to get inside to tell customer service about the situation and get my other bread. Then because it was already dark I didn’t check the vegetables I bought until I get home. I was really surprised and disappointed to see that the limes were brown and getting dry, the tomatoes were also bad, the lettuce disgusting all brown 🤢. So again I needed to go back to the store and return everything. I’m sorry but I will never order online again this time wasn’t the first time they gave me terrible quality products. So I don’t recommend online ordering unless is not vegetables and fruit.

I finally just left but never ever again here. Again temporary on the parking lot but also bad signs to say were to go and kinda looked at in disgust with exiting through the "quote quote" wrong doors I was told by the constrution crew to use. Horrible right now at this Jewel ! Honest review on Sept 17th 2025.
