At the market, a person who introduced herself as Diana was speaking rudely and disrespectfully to a female customer whose English was weak. She repeatedly told the customer things like “you don’t know English” in a humiliating manner. When someone objected to this behavior, she raised her voice instead of correcting herself. This kind of discriminatory and almost racist attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. A business should never allow someone with such behavior to interact with customers. Respect and basic human decency should be the minimum standard.

They’re openly rude, borderline racist, and make it obvious they have zero interest in helping anyone. The way they treat customers is completely unacceptable.
