  I'd like for someone to know that this JEWEL team rocks! Every time I go in there, these guys are always helpful and cheerful. From the kitchen to the bakery to the cahiers, and everyone in between. Tonight (3- 5-26), I witnessed a cashier, Ms. Patricia, exercise tremendous patience with a customer whose several forms of payment were rejected, which caused a 15 minute delay and backed up her line. She remained calm, patient and matter of fact! In addition, one of the team leaders was walking around, greeting customers and encouraging his team. Nice job Hoffman Estates JEWEL team! It's refreshing! Thank you!

  Impressed with customer service! Very attentive and prompt. Offered to fix the error but complied when I just wanted refund. Very friendly and patient!

  I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at the Jewel-Osco on the corner of Roselle Road and Golf Road in HE. The weekly specials are constantly marked on the shelves, but when you get to checkout, the discounts “never seem to apply.” It’s frustrating and feels misleading. When I’ve asked staff about the pricing discrepancies, I’ve been met with dismissive and rude responses instead of helpful customer service. Rather than correcting the issue at the register, I’m told to go stand in line at customer service for a refund. Unfortunately, the representatives there have also been unfriendly and unprofessional, like they are doing you a favor. On top of the poor service, the prices in this store are outrageously high compared to other grocery stores in the area. Between the inaccurate sale pricing, the attitude from employees, and the overall experience, this location has been by far one of the worst grocery stores I’ve dealt with. THE WORST! Very disappointing. This was strike 3. I will not spend one more dollar at this store.

  Zero checkout registers open at 9am on a Friday! They began to explain that someone was on break and someone else wasn't available. I asked who is responsible for staffing and was referred to the manager. I then asked for the manager and was told that she is on vacation. This is without question the worst Jewel location in the greater Chicagoland area (Schaumburg). They are rarely stocked with advertised sale items. It's like going to an alternate reality at this location. We'll worth driving a bit further to Barrington and Schaumburg roads.

  El día de hoy tuve por primera vez una mala experiencia por racismo!!! Por parte de dos empleados, un hombre calvo alto y una mujer de cabello rojizo!!! Faltaban dos minutos para las 12am y entramos corriendo por necesitaba entrar al baño, y me negaron el servicio que por que estaba cerrado!!! Obviamente se veía racismo, y me apena por que esta tienda es la que suelo venir por las noches cuando no alcanzo a pasar a la sucursal de Schaumburg!!! Sentí mucha impotencia 😔pues nada les costaba cuando todavía ni las 12 eran!!! Pero no se por que varias tiendas estan cerrando minutos antes de la hora! Y encima de todo el señor me dice enfrente hay una gasolinera! Lo que no sabe el señor que tengo uns solo riñón y no puedo aguantarme!!!! De verdad que fue un grosero racista!
