    Rude as hell. Don't really know what else to say. If you like uncooked bacon .. come here. If you want to get yelled at because you ask them to give you cooked bacon .. come here. I don't so I'll never be back.. nor should you.

    My 1st time coming here today. I usually go to the Starbucks across the street but I wanted dunkin today. Oh do I regret it! I went up to the order microphone, and asked if they have the bagel twists. Whoever was on that mic today should've came to the window. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! He yelled at me saying that they dont sell the bagel twists at that location and not sure why myself and other customers are always requesting it. I explained its probably because other locations do sell it and its popular. Not sure why he was rude when I asked if they had it first. Then I ordered my coffee. When arriving at window there was a young man and I told him to tell whoever was on that mic that he shouldn't be rude to customers asking questions. Never going back, I'd rather give Starbucks twice the amount of money for amazing customer service EVERYTIME.

    One of the worst branch ever. Service is very very poor. Its is better to get something from Starbucks rather than getting from this place. No proper customer service. Especially the young kid with mouth clip is quite rude with the customers
