  Horrible experience. Stale donuts. Too many accidental orders and hesitate to refund. Language barrier.

  I've been there twice, the first time was awful, and now I had to go back because I had no other option, and it was just as bad as the first time. The employees are rushed, hurrying you with your order, and when they give you your order, they don't give you what you asked for; they give you whatever they want. And my question is, why are they in such a hurry to take your order? I ordered a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese, and the egg was as cold as the cheese, the bread was burnt, and they added water to my drink, and then charged me extra for everything—for no ice, for adding protein milk. It was disgusting. I will never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would, but what a disappointment. They were lucky I was in a hurry; otherwise, I would have gone back and thrown what they decided to give me back at them because it wasn't what I ordered. -1000 out of 10. P.S. They should train their employees, or do they not speak English? 🤔

  Horrible service. The woman working at the drive thru was rude slammed the window in my face. They didn’t want to accept the coupon I had just because it was tore even though I had the other part and you can clearly see the barcode. Will not be coming back here and the man was rude too I believe it was her manager.

  I usually have no issues here, but this is the second time this week, I didn’t get the drink I ordered. I felt rushed and felt like they did not hear my order correctly, even asking me 3 times. I also had a coffee beans in my drink. It was a refresher drink btw. Very disappointing.

  Worker yelled at me. My husband ordered a croissant and 5 munchkins for our daughters through DoorDash pickup. On DoorDash you can't choose just one flavor for the munchkins. When I went in I asked the worker if I could swap the variety for only chocolate glazed right away he had an attitude saying that I didn't pay for donuts. How could we order through DoorDash without paying? He proceeds to yell at me "why would I just give you free donuts?" I'm telling him we did pay I just want different flavor. He continues repeating himself saying we didn't pay. Frantic I call my husband and while I'm calling my husband the guy says " yea I know you're trying to call here you've been calling all morning. Yes my husband tried calling prior to let them know we only wanted chocolate glazed munchkins. I asked the guy to look at the receipt once he I pointed up the munchkins on the receipt he said oh yea they are paid for. I was so frustrated I told him you should have listen to what I was saying instead of arguing with your customer oh well that made him mad and he kept yelling at me that I said the wrong thing. He claimed I said donuts not munchkins. I don't know why he understood me wrong. Regardless if he heard me wrong to yell at me the way he did was not ok. Never in my life have I been yelled at like that. I am traumatized over donut holes???
