An employee name Richard gave me really good portions and a fist bump and told me to take it easy. Really made my day all the more better in the end, good employee. Places need more people like him.

He had to stop making my bowel to give some one a extra tortilla but he didn't know how to fold it. After he had his co worker fold the tortillas he goes back to my me but he has the wrong bowel and I told him that one wasn't mine it was the one next to it then he got mad. I had to ask him 3 times for more rice, I got literally 6 pieces of chicken. I never felt so ripped off and Chipotle is my favorite place
- EGEdward GomezFeb 27, 20261.0I’ve visited this location twice, and unfortunately had the same issue both times. I ordered two protein cups, which are advertised as 4 oz. per serving. The first time, I let it go. The second time, I politely asked the employee to please fill the cups to the proper portion size. She responded, “Sorry, then we will run out of chicken.” After getting home, I measured the servings, and the total for both cups came out to 5.8 oz., which is significantly less than the 8 oz. that should have been provided. If you’re going to advertise specific portion sizes, especially for customers who are tracking their nutrition those portions should be accurate and consistent. Very disappointing experience. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!
