  I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ (Route 59 & Route 72) that I felt it deserved recognition. Even during a busy rush, the entire team remained friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient. What really stood out was the manager, Carlos—rather than standing off to the side, he was right there working alongside his team, creating a positive, upbeat environment where everyone was smiling and clearly enjoying what they do. Carlos took the time to personally connect with me, which made the visit feel genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to see a leader who not only supports his team but also values customer interaction and feedback. In a world where great service can be hard to come by, this location truly stands out. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

  Coffee has been decent. Food has been burnt. Service is absolutely horrible. I've been there where at times only one of the three people working speaks English... Barely. The manager is terrible. Sits there even at peak times doing nothing. Garbage on the floor tables. Uncleaned literally just sitting there. Watching one guy go from the drive-thru window to the counter and the other lady who doesn't speak English. Trying to make crap food and spit out coffees. Duncan should take a look at this franchise and change the ownership details of this. It's pathetic. Starting with this manager.

  Carlos and his entire morning crew at this location are great. I stop here on my way to work just about every day usually just for coffee but I do occasionally grab an item or two for a quick breakfast and everything has always been as ordered and tastes great. Of course there have been a few times where things weren’t correct but Carlos always is ready to make it right.

  I went through the drive thru and ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea. When I got to the window I paid using my points and then the worker went to hand me my drink. It was clearly made with lemonade which, no big deal mistakes happen. However when I asked her whose drink that was she said it was mine and I asked her to remake it. She proceeded to try convince me that it was green tea but it’s obviously lighter than if it was made with green tea. I was upset but left with the lemonade but if i paid/want green tea, just remake it instead of trying to lie and say you didn’t make it wrong.

  I should give them 0 stars if I could. The last 6 times I’ve gone it’s a super long wait even though there’s only two cars, they mess up my order, food is cold, drinks don’t taste good. Will not be going here anymore even though it’s a convenient spot.
