  Horrible experience. Stale donuts. Too many accidental orders and hesitate to refund. Language barrier.

  I've been there twice, the first time was awful, and now I had to go back because I had no other option, and it was just as bad as the first time. The employees are rushed, hurrying you with your order, and when they give you your order, they don't give you what you asked for; they give you whatever they want. And my question is, why are they in such a hurry to take your order? I ordered a croissant sandwich with egg and cheese, and the egg was as cold as the cheese, the bread was burnt, and they added water to my drink, and then charged me extra for everything—for no ice, for adding protein milk. It was disgusting. I will never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would, but what a disappointment. They were lucky I was in a hurry; otherwise, I would have gone back and thrown what they decided to give me back at them because it wasn't what I ordered. -1000 out of 10. P.S. They should train their employees, or do they not speak English? 🤔

  The coffee taste bad, like old coffee. It was not like this last couple of days I was here. I will not be coming back here.

  Horrible service. The woman working at the drive thru was rude slammed the window in my face. They didn’t want to accept the coupon I had just because it was tore even though I had the other part and you can clearly see the barcode. Will not be coming back here and the man was rude too I believe it was her manager.
