  I’m genuinely disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I love BWW, but this spot is on a whole different level of unprofessional. The manager, Jamie, is by far the worst part of the experience. She is rude, dismissive, and does absolutely nothing to resolve customer concerns. Instead of helping, she argues, makes excuses, and creates an environment that feels chaotic and honestly very ghetto. It’s really unfortunate because a good manager sets the tone for an entire store — and Jamie makes the whole place feel unwelcoming and poorly run. The staff doesn’t seem trained to provide real customer service, and there’s zero effort to make things right or even treat customers with basic respect. I do not recommend this location at all. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different BWW where they actually care about their customers.

  Location turns away customers who are not delivery drivers. Not an option for lunch customers.

  Ordered food to go. Pick up was supposed to be 7:20 I waited until 7:45 until my food was ready and the chicken was still cold when I got home 10 minutes later. I recommend you call to place an order to get a more accurate time than the app.

  I haven't evet been to a BWW GO but it gave me Wing Stop vibes. Where you can sit down to eat but no waitresses they just hand you your food. This particular spot, the ladies were very kind and helpful. My app wasn't working and they were super patient. I order 2 "20 dollar deals". It came with 20 wings and fries. The spot was fast and the staff was helpful.
