Best Buffalo Wild Wings Experience — Hands Down
Since Kevin took over as manager, this Buffalo Wild Wings location has gone to a completely different level. The difference in management shows immediately—from the energy of the staff to the speed, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place.
Kevin runs this location like a true professional. The team is organized, attentive, and actually cares about customer experience. Food comes out hot and fresh, orders are accurate, and the service feels welcoming instead of rushed. You can tell morale is high, and that starts from the top.
This is how a Buffalo Wild Wings should be run. Huge shout-out to Kevin for turning this place around and setting a new standard. If you haven’t been here since he took over, you’re missing out. Highly recommended.

I used to go to this location a few months ago and it was horrible, the lady manager that was there was so nasty and so rude, always screaming at the employees and customers! It looked dark in that place … but decided to give it a try today and my experience was very different …I saw new management and new faces!!!!! food was great this time and my over all experience was awesome 😎 looks like this is my new spot to go get some food for my late night cravings !!! The place looks more alive now, more in order!!!!!! I had a little issue with my order and the new General manager Kevin was so awesome, fixed it quickly and was very professional, he is super hilarious and totally made my day after I almost got mad about the mix up with my order. This kind of General manager was TOTALLY needed in this location! Bringing the coworkers for lunch to this location during the week! BDubs you guys finally did a Fantastic decision in this place! PLEASE BRING BACK THE HOT BBQ SAUCE!!

Awesome service, fast and wings were great! Very happy to see they got new fresh management, that caucasian old heavy set girl Jayme that was running that place was a disaster laying down on the waiting area chairs sleepers on and vaping, screaming at the employees like a banshee I was horrified, unlike the new manager who treated me nicely and cared that my order was nice and neatly packed, thanks new manger Kevin I will definitely be coming back !

I made a call around 11:50pm to place a order over the phone ,the person said they were the manager and gave me a attitude saying they had no wings or fries or basically was not trying to take my order , I asked how do you run a business without wings especially on nye , he was very rude hung up on me and didn't let me try to place any kind of order , at this point I called again and said that I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me so he got rude and nasty with me and said why don't I put in a application in and see how the business is run and how they run out of food , then he called me a cuss word, this is very sad how a so called manager is running a restaurant and has bad manners they need to fire whoever he is or something needs to be done , I promise you that no one is gonna want to order food from here again once I tell them how I was treated, let alone a manager with a behavior like this doesn't deserve a job as a manager i felt like I was dealing with a child

I try to place a order by phone and all 3 times they kept hanging up on me and being ignorant and saying they can not hear me but he obviously did when I asked him if he can hear me now and he kept saying no he couldn't when he obviously can and hung up on me , and when I try to call back a 4th time it was sent to voice mail .
this is poor customer service ,they need the old crew back working whoever they have working there needs to learn how to take care of their customers the proper way
