  best takeout place I've been to. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs quick takeout food for a decent price

  First time I went to this location, I wanted to order tenders. They were out. Ok. No big deal. Second time I went to this location, the girl told me to come back later because she was eating. I didn’t go back. The third time I visited this location was today. First of all, the guy taking my order didn’t seem like he knew what was going on. He wasn’t even sure about the BOGO. Ok. We got through that part. I ordered my wings wet and stressed that I really want them wet. I said that’s the way I like them. I like extra sauce. As pictured, you can see that really didn’t happen. If you look closely at the photo, you can see they didn’t mark the different sauces. So, we had to guess. We had to wait awhile for our wings. No problem. Good sign they were being cooked, right? Nope. Not hot and definitely not fresh. Also, they gave me a bag with 25 wings instead of thirty. No sense of urgency to get those additional wings while the other ones were just sitting there getting cold. Furthermore, there was only one other guy in there who ordered 10 wings. So, they weren’t busy. I had asked the guy taking my order if it comes with ranch or whatever. He said yes. Got my order and no ranch. I asked the girl about the ranch. She said it doesn’t come with it. She did give me some ranch though. I have more ranch than sauce on the wings now. Oh, and they had terrible music blaring through the speakers. Never again. Also, I asked him to put my phone number in, but then he asked me my name. I can’t find the receipt now. So, I don’t know if I got my points at this time.

  Super disappointed, forgot things on my order, food was poorly made. I got a wrap and they didn't even try to roll it up or cut it in half literally just thrown together with no sauce on any of the meat.

  I spoke with the new manager Kevin and he insured me that this Buffalo Wild Wings will be turned around. Had experience a couple of minor problems with my order, but he took care of it. I'm looking forward to seeing the improve changes with this location. Kevin, keep up the good work.

  Alright, I gave you all two chances and both times you can't follow instructions. I placed an online order and asked for sauce on the side. Of course, both times you put the sauce on the chicken/wings. Soggy food equals irritated customer. Pay attention to details. When you slack in your work you slack in life. Get it together.
