  Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a steak egg cheese bagel and instead got bacon. It’s against my religion to eat pork and when I called to get it fixed they refused. I would put 0 stars if it would let me. No wonder people are no longer going to McDonald’s anymore. I got 3 times a week and not first time, but will be the last since they won’t fix it.

  I came to this location and for whatever reason they couldn’t take my code from my app. I was like ok I’m fine not using the app. Then ordered 3 specific items to play the game. Two out of the three items didn’t have playing stickers. I didn’t notice until I got to work. Called the location explained what happened and the manager Petra was very nice and even willing to give me a free meal. I said thank you but no need, I just would like the stickers. Told her I would come in the next day. Today I came in asking for her and she wasn’t there so I asked to speak to any manager. I came in very polite and started to explain the situation again to her cuts me off and tells me not all items have the stickers. I told her I understood that but the items I chose did and she asked me what did I have. Before I can finish explaining she walks away, doesn’t say anything. Gives the stickers to an employee to give to me. Never apologize for the inconvenience. I understand if I was a raging customer, but I was simply asking for something I had purchased. I wouldn’t be there if the stickers were on the items.

  You can really feel the invisible discrimination sometimes. Today my kid wanted the Happy Meal toy, so we ordered a kid’s meal here. They forgot to give the sauce for the chicken nuggets. When I went to ask for it, a white staff member came over, looked at us, and said: “You didn’t buy nuggets.” We explained that the kid’s meal includes 6 nuggets. He said, “Okay, fine. I can give you one sauce at most.” Technically, he didn’t say anything wrong. But that tone, that expression, that attitude — it was just uncomfortable. You can’t even point out exactly what’s wrong, but it makes you feel unwelcome. Very disappointing experience. I really hope this location can treat every customer with the same respect.
