  It was late, and there was a line of about seven cars in the drive-thru, yet the associate working was incredibly kind and attentive. She handled everything with patience and a great attitude, almost like she had endless energy. Sometimes we underestimate those working late hours, but she truly stood out—she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and kept things moving smoothly.

  I’ve submitted this directly to Wendy’s customer care. I visited 4116 W Roosevelt rd, HILLSIDE IL location between 11:00 PM and 11:18 PM on Sunday night, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. When placing my order at the intercom, I politely asked if my food could be made fresh. I repeated the same request again when I reached the payment window. The employee working the drive-thru appeared irritated by the request. During the transaction she dropped my change, and I had to ask her to retrieve and return the money that fell in the drive-thru. After paying, I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my order. Despite waiting, the food I received was still cold. I frequently ask for my food to be made fresh when visiting Wendy’s so I can enjoy the meal I’m paying for. In this case, it felt like my request was ignored and I was made to wait unnecessarily only to receive cold food. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect as a customer. I would appreciate a call from management at this location to discuss the situation and a refund for this order.

  Food was cold and bland. French fries were forgotten 😢 Very unlike a Wendy's. Usually good and food is hot.
