  Great service, efficient, restaurant is always clean, delicious doughnuts and always consistent that’s the key to a great restaurant or store is consistency, and Kim does a wonderful job for the store and her team….thank you!

  A recent experience highlighted a concerning issue with how management handled a minor mistake made by a cashier. What should have been a simple, discreet correction turned into an uncomfortable situation for both employees and customers. Instead of addressing the mistake privately and professionally the African American lady who I believe is the manager chose to confront the cashier openly in front of others. The way the situation was handled came across as disrespectful and unnecessarily harsh. It created an awkward environment for myself and the ppl who I came with me who witnessed the interaction and likely made the employee feel embarrassed rather than supported.

  Stopped in for the Easter specials - the pink egg in particular which is a combo of my 2 favorites- strawberry frosted and crème filled. It did not disappoint. Even though I live a few miles away I did not realize this shop actually makes the donuts- thru out the day. You can watch them come off the conveyer belt. Doesn’t get fresher than that. This donut shop specializes in all around customer service. It’s a clean comfortable atmosphere. THE BATHROOM IS CLEAN. You are greeted when you walk in. The counter staff is always patient whether you are picking out each donut or fumbling with the app to get your best deal and freebies. A big shout to manager/pictured below. She is a working manager - bagged my donuts- and sets the tone for pleasant and friendly. She chats and provides insider info as what is coming. Spoiler Alert: banana pudding and strawberries and crème are scheduled to come back in April. If you get the app there is a loyalty program. Happy Eating

  Yummy donut . But they need to work on their costumer service . Rude . I say hello no hello back , thank you nothing back . They look mad like I’m making them work but all the coworkers chatting and smiling in the back . This the 3rd time same experience. Today I went like at 8:20-40 pm

  Drove 1 hour to this location (110 S Mannheim Rd, Hillside) on St. Patrick’s Day to get an assorted dozen for my coworkers, and was given a box with only green glazed donuts instead. Extremely disappointing. The customer service was even worse no greeting, no response when I spoke, no receipt, and visible attitude when I asked for a bag. When I called to resolve the issue, both employees (Tim and Baikuan) were rude and showed zero empathy, even after I explained the long drive. I was told to bring the donuts back even if it was next week for a replacement, which is completely unreasonable. Also concerning that they suggested returning opened food. Very unprofessional experience.
