  Drove 1 hour to this location (110 S Mannheim Rd, Hillside) on St. Patrick’s Day to get an assorted dozen for my coworkers, and was given a box with only green glazed donuts instead. Extremely disappointing. The customer service was even worse no greeting, no response when I spoke, no receipt, and visible attitude when I asked for a bag. When I called to resolve the issue, both employees (Tim and Baikuan) were rude and showed zero empathy, even after I explained the long drive. I was told to bring the donuts back even if it was next week for a replacement, which is completely unreasonable. Also concerning that they suggested returning opened food. Very unprofessional experience.

  Ordered online days ahead of time. When I arrived to this location, I wasn't greeted, I waited about 20 minutes, and I didn't even receive what I initially paid for. There were many substitutions that I did not agree to and staff including the manager were not friendly at all. I would not vusit this location ever again.

  Kim is a phenomenal manager. She was professional, kind, and truly welcoming. The store was spotless, organized and everything looked fresh and stocked. You can tell it’s well run and that she takes pride in her team and the customer experience. Excellent service all around.

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to Krispy Kreme. I usually look forward to the 'joy' your brand promises, but this experience was a complete letdown due to the unprofessional treatment I encountered from a staff member named Dominic. Rather than the friendly and attentive service I’ve come to expect, I was met with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium treat only to have the experience soured by poor conduct. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’d hate for other customers to leave feeling as discouraged as I did.

  Super disappointing experience at Hillside-S Mannheim Rd. I placed an online order for a heart-shaped item 2 days ago, and when I got to the store—after a 33-minute drive—they told me it wasn’t available. No heads-up, no warning, nada. Being offered just a replacement doesn’t make up for wasting my time and effort. Krispy Kreme, please communicate better so your customers don’t go through this frustration…
