When I arrived for my first pickup, the store hadn’t even opened on time. Once they did open, I found out I had been given incorrect information about my order and pickup details. When I finally picked up part of my order, it still wasn’t complete, and I was told to come back another time. On my second visit, I was assured everything would be ready, yet I ended up waiting another hour only to realize they had forgotten about my order altogether. What made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from the manager. I simply took my items and left. While this location is convenient to my job, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. The lack of communication among staff and poor customer service made this an experience I don’t wish to repeat.
