  Went the other night for a treat! The mint crunchin cookie dip cone was phenomenal! The young girl that helped us was super sweet, wonderful customer service! A great sales lady! She talked us into the Pineapple Tajin DQ sparkler! Fantastic! The DQ manager the other night was very helpful when we got up to the window and asked about the DQ rewards we wanted to use she was very informative! Hillsboro DQ I would highly recommend you.

  When me and my family asked for a simple cup of the mint cone dip both crew members that came to the window were EXTREMELY disrespectful and honestly their attitudes were unlike any I have ever heard from a customer service employee while they had these attitudes our blizzards took them over 10 minutes to make then the blizzards sat on the window ledge for another 5 minutes while they proceeded to laugh at us after slamming the drive thru window in our faces because we asked for the cup of mint cone dip and in the end we did NOT receive the cone dip but did receive half melted blizzards

  Coming from a former fast food Crew member, the young girl that severed us was very rude. Don’t ask for a cup of mint cone dip. This crew member could not complete a simple task even though it is advertised in the app for this store location. The store manager then said she called the store owner to ask about it. (Neither the crew member or the manager made a phone call) we were left with melted blizzards and no cone dip after both the manager and crew member proceeded to laugh and slam the window in our faces multiple times.
