The employee told him that “veterans are only those 65 years old and above,” which is completely incorrect — veterans come from all ages and service backgrounds. We don’t mind paying, but this misunderstanding was disappointing and disrespectful to those who serve. We hope management can clarify this policy and better train staff on what it means to be a veteran. Unfortunately, we’ll be sharing this experience with our military community so others are aware. If only I can give it a 0.

I had to tell him how impressive the store looked and I asked to write a review with his name because that's how AMAZING this place is. Shout out to all the people who decorated this place! Their work was soo worth it.
- AAArielle AugustynOct 10, 20251.0i wish i could leave 0 stars. this mcdonald’s sucks. they close 20 minutes before they are supposed to and the staff is rude and doesn’t help you out. i had place an order online and it went through, i go to pick it up 10 minutes before they close and they gave the people in front of us their food but when we came up to window a lady is mopping ignored us and then gives us an 🙅♀️ motion when i tried to say we ordered online she ignored us again. this staff is so rude and poor and this mcdonald’s needs some actual management help. i have never had a great experience here EVER!
