    I visited this McDonald’s one evening and tried to use a deal from their app. The staff member insisted that I had to order a full meal to get the deal, which wasn’t true. I even showed them the app, but they refused to look or help, and didn’t try to involve a manager. This is unacceptable, as they clearly do not respect McDonald’s official terms or deals from the official app. The employees here seem poorly trained, so I wouldn’t recommend this location.

    my oreo mcflurry was just ice cream with oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. it was not the usual, which is mixed in with the soft serve. additionally, the fries were not salted as much as they usually are. was disappointed.

    Super friendly staff during early morning breakfast hours. Sometimes there is a short wait but it’s worth it. Sometimes traffic can back up onto the road but quickly gets moving. Sometimes This is due to couriers or customers just not parking correctly or being in the property lane. I highly recommend this location.

    My husband, who has been an active-duty military member for 18 years, visited your location at 894 Fort Sheridan on Veterans Day to ask about your free meal offer for veterans. The employee told him that “veterans are only those 65 years old and above,” which is completely incorrect — veterans come from all ages and service backgrounds. We don’t mind paying, but this misunderstanding was disappointing and disrespectful to those who serve. We hope management can clarify this policy and better train staff on what it means to be a veteran. Unfortunately, we’ll be sharing this experience with our military community so others are aware. If only I can give it a 0.
