Went in there tonight and there was a family ahead of me that said they were at the counter for about 20 min and no one has even acknowledged them. Another family said they had been there over 30 min and didnt even get their full order and was trying to get the rest of their food and no one would help them. They would just ignore them. This place is a joke i left and went to dairy queen
