    I placed an order through the app. Arrived 5 minutes later, waited 35 minutes for my food. I was told it had been placed in a door dash bag by mistake. I checked the food, it was cold. I went in to have the food replaced. My problem is, if they knew it had been sitting, why not replace it before bringing it out? Common sense!!

    Used to never have issues, but nowadays the new people working here have no clue what they're doing, always handing out wrong order and forgot my sweet and sour sauce AND beverage

    Terrible customer service…used the app to place order. While we waiting in the car, several cars went through the drive thru. Waited 20 min before I decided to go inside to check on my order. When I walked in, waited 5 min before I was greeted. The order was sitting behind the counter packed and ready to go, but no one was planning on bringing it out. There was no apology for the wait.

    Food is good for McDonalds. Workers are always great. They could clean tables in dining room more often though and make sure people have drinks and stuff when ordering from kiosk.
