Customer service needs attention. I worked the restaurant industry for over 15 years. The way they handled what wasn't even a complaint was far beyond unprofessional. Two times in a row I have had to call to check on my order because wait times were 45 mins to an hour long. I am located 3 minute drive time from the restaurant. I mean we are making sandwiches here, don't require cooking ect... Both times I called to check on my order I got nothing but an ear full from person who answered the phone about how busy they are and all the different big orders. Look im at my job, just trying to get some lunch and spending well over 20$ between tax, Delivery fee and tip for driver for just one meal. Customers do not want to feel invaluable and basically told that they have no idea when their food will arrive after they've waited 45-1Hour. I know what a lunch rush is and I know what it feels like, dont play me.

The Highland Illinois Jimmy John's runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is fast, friendly, and efficient. The have yet to get my order wrong.
The inside of the restaurant is well lit, clean, and tidy.
I like to order ahead via the Jimmy John's app.
The store has plenty of free parking and is wheelchair accessible.
