  Whoever was working at 1:30PM on March 23rd, 2026, is incompetent. I think if I repeat my order 3 times you should be able to tell the difference between giving me a club sub and a roast beef provolone.

  I ordered a toasted sandwich the JJBLT with added cheddar cheese no mayo with Italian dressing the ⌛ was cold and when I asked the young lady making the sandwichs had rolled her eyes when I asked about toasted it so I said never mind I will toast it when I get home

  The worst service I've ever received at Jimmy John's. I know it was very late, but they should have told me they weren't serving at that hour, and I would have just turned around and left, no problem. But the person who served me was very rude and practically threw the sandwich in my face and almost kicked me out of the store. All this just for doing a favor for someone who had just gotten out of the hospital, after having a very long day at work only to receive such terrible treatment.
