Afsha provided excellent service, was very kind, and made sure everything was prepared correctly. The menu has all the classic favorites, and the quality is consistent. It’s a dependable spot for families, especially if you’re craving ice cream, shakes, or a quick snack. Overall, a pleasant experience with good service and familiar flavors. This Dairy Queen location in Elmhurst is a nice stop for desserts and quick bites. The place is clean, service is usually fast, and the staff is friendly. Mike was especially helpful and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The ice cream treats are always fresh and consistent, and it’s a good place to go with friends or family for something sweet after a meal. It’s simple, reliable, and delivers exactly what you expect from Dairy Queen. Great for a quick treat or casual hangout.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in with my son and the man behind the counter did not say a word to us. He grunted, gave rude looks, made my son's Blizzard that was half mixed and handed me a cup with the ice cream dripping over the sides. He was extremely rude. Also, the store was extremely dirty.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i went here with my two nephews and there was only one woman there! I ordered the pretzel sticks that were supposed to come with zesty queso, but when I retrieved the pretzel sticks, there was no spicy queso so I asked the woman where’s the spicy queso she said oh we’re out. First of all, she could’ve told me this before I ordered because I wouldn’t have ordered if I didn’t know that. Also, I waited in line to retrieve spoons for the cupcakes that are ordered, but it turns out that they didn’t tell me, but the spoons were right next to me. She never gave them to me or she never told me that. We ordered the Valentine’s Day cupcakes, but they were frozen solid, premade stale, and did not have enough icing on top. I do not recommend this location. The employee was rude and the place was understaffed. It felt like a woman show for Dairy Queen.
