Walked in and I stood in their lobby for a good 5 minutes and NOBODY came round the counter. 3 people all on their phones in the back. I don't use the kiosk to order and it forces me to say something or use the kiosk. Extremely unsatisfied with this visit ðŸ˜

This last time they mixed up drinks. They gave me hard shells instead of soft shells even though they charge me for soft shells and didn't put any hot sauce in there. The root beer was watered down to spite me asking for light ice so that wouldn't happen and it doesn't even look like they filled it all the way when I got it. On top of all that the food was cold. I live 5 minutes away. It couldn't stay warm for 5 minutes. How old was this food
