Their tone and attitude made the experience uncomfortable. I expect better professionalism from staff, and I hope this is addressed.

I pull up to the second window, she mumbles something, I know how much my order is so I give her 10 she gives me 1 dollar back and some coins. She hands me a bag says a different order than mine. I let her know oh this isn’t what I ordered, I ordered the fries. Has me hold for the manager to refund or something. Then she said I owed her 2 more dollars so I gave her the coins back and the 1 dollar bill she gave me and technically she now owed me change. She then got an attitude like I made the mistake. It was weird. I come to this McDonald’s 2-4 times a week never had a problem before. She need some training.
