- BRBryan RobinsonOct 13, 20251.0This location used to be solid but it has became sketchy whenever I go to order a Sunday if it's late at night they are always missing toppings and I think they're making it up because they don't want to make it because I asked the girl are you missing any toppings before I started my order and she said she has strawberry topping and then I proceeded with my order because it included that and when I said that part of the order she said they're out of strawberry topping and I said no you just told me you aren't and now you're saying that because you don't want to make it has happened with missing toppings the last several times I went

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
