The employee told me she would call the manager and take care of it for me. When I went to pick it up, my cake was not ready. She said that it was my fault for choosing a different time. Well that's why I called and supposedly I was taken care of. Tony the manager told me that verbal agreements don't count. I will never go back to this Baskin Robbins again

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
