  There is a guy a Mexican I went at 9:39 pm The guy inside is very rude. He even give me very small Cisco‘s of ice cream and really looked like he doesn’t wanna be there time to go for him and I got very little ice cream for a double scoop.

  MY FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING TO THIS DUNKINS/BASKIN EVEN BEFORE WHEN IT MOVED, ONE FAMILY MEMBER DAILY AND THE REST OF US 4/7 A WEEK. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MY FAMILY MEMBER WENT TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS WHEN SHE WENT TO ORDER A SHAKE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM, THEY DECIDED THEY DID NOT LIKE HOW SHE “ORDERED IT” BECAUSE I GUESS ITS TOO COMPLICATED TO MAKE A SHAKE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM BECAUSE THEYRE INCOMPETENT THEN THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOLD HER THEY GET PAID NO MATTER WHAT AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR WHO COMES BACK OR NOT. REFUSED NAMES AS WELL. SO BASICALLY THEY LIKE TO NOT DO THEIR JOB APPARENTLY TO MAKE THE COMPANY ANY MONEY BUT STILL GET THEIR PAYCHECK. SMART. IM REALLY HAPPY THAT THEY FELT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT BECAUSE AFTER TALKING TO CORPORATE THEY WILL ALL BE FINDING NEW JOBS INCLUDING THE MANAGER THAT WAS THERE. “WE STILL GET A PAYCHECK EITHER WAY. THERES NOTHING YOU CAN MAKE US DO” WELL NOT ANYMORE ACCORDING TO CORPORATE AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP CONSTANTLY UNTIL I GET THE OUTCOME THAT IS DESERVED.

  Same issue as previous person that reviewed I reorder same coffee as last time it was watery and did not had all the creams requested nor did it have the caramel syrup . Plus I asked for cold foam and she put whip cream . It was an ok mistake but when we tasted the coffee was also wrong and watery and not friendly attitude as well

  Veronica at the drive thru window is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with 2 pumps of caramel. My usual daily order but didn’t go to my usual dunkin on 103rd because it was out of my way. She gave it to me, it looked milky so I tried it and it was. Way tooo much oatmilk the drink was white. I waited for them to return to the window and requested the drink be remade as it was too much milk and little ice. Veronica said adding an extra shot of espresso would be extra cost. I said I don’t want an extra shot, the drink is just not right and needs to be remade. Less milk and a little more ice. I told her I get this everyday and it’s just not right. She said well we’re not remaking it, do you want me to spill out some and add more ice?? I said?? No that doesn’t do anything! She said well an extra shot of espresso will be extra cost, I said I don’t want an extra shot! Just remake the drink. For a small this was $6. She said well we’re not remaking it we’ll give you a refund, I said that’s fine. She took the drink back. Requested her name and left. She said she was shift lead. She is a terrible shift lead and despicable human. I will continue with my main dunkin on 103rd and Harlem who are respectful, considerate and professional with their customers.

  There's fundamental something wrong with how this location is run and managed 18 min in drive true with 4 cars ahead is unreal this service is super slow half the time the ingredients to make a cup of coffee are not available (skim milk in particular) a simple cup of joe is sitting ready to by handed through the window for min because lade at the drive through window stepped out to make ice-cream shake that takes 10 min and nobody in the store steps up to take here place FIX IT
